Leaps and Bounds ABA is owned and ran by a practicing BCBA and prioritizes quality of care for clients, RBTs, and BCBAs.

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans Train, supervise, and manage Registered Behavior Technicians Provide support, instruction, and feedback to parents and families through parent trainings Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress Qualifications Current BCBA certification and LBA Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) Must pass a criminal background check CPR (preferred) Safety Care/CPI Trained (preferred) Must have reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed and ability to engage in physical activities such as running, jumping, squatting, etc.
